Hey Guys,
I was wondering what 3150 champ would be the best to main in solo q and ranked. I usually go either top or mid, more so top right now. I have my eyes on REWORKED urgot
or maybe heimerdinger
. I am also looking for suggestions for other champs. Please list some of the pros and cons. I would also be open to champs form other roles/positions( I sometimes play Morg 
support).

Out of all of those,
Anivia is the most reliable choice as she's never really weak and rarely goes through big changes that cause you to readjust to her.
Galio is weak atm, heim is still considered weak, kat comes and goes, LB is getting another rework to fix her, lux is honestly pretty weak when matched vs. a good player although she's easy to play. Nidalee comes and goes and has a really high skill ceiling. Olaf is pretty good. Pantheon falls off the side of a building as you climb. Urgod who knows yet but I'm personally looking to pick him up.
