Am I the only person who thinks Akali needs a rework? Or at least, a new ult?

As we all know, Akali's a freaking potato pre-6. But as soon as she gets her ult, she is god and there isn't much counterplay. So this is probably my bronzie talking, but I think Akali should get a new ult to balance her out, or even a rework. Her new ult could have something to do with stealth? Idk. But I just want Akali to be balanced for once. "She's squishy, it's so easy to kill her!" Not very easy when she just jumps on you and bursts you down. "Just shut her down pre-6!" Have you even seen her W? She is ungankable with that thing. Again, I'm pretty new to this game so I'm probably just spouting a bunch of shit, but I want something about Akali to be done.

How to counter akali

Step 1: buy a pink ward

Step two: kick her ass when she shrouds

Step 3: profit

She needs massive buffs right now, especially her e.

You can't rework her ult, it defines her and not in an extremely unhealthy way. The rest of her kit however could use serious changes.

Re: Shroud making her difficult to gank - there are worse people to gank. But you don't shut her down pre-6 via ganking. You should her down pre-6 by bullying the crap out of her. She's literally the worst champ in the game until she hits level 6, so you don't need your jungler's help or a kill to take advantage of that. Just deny her basically everything.

Mm... there's some people who'd disagree with you. Akali's okay now, but that's more due to her ult being weak. When it was stronger she was one of the most irritating champs in League. But, if anything, maybe Riot should take a look at her passive. It's just free stats, and while she can afford to keep it right now, changing it for something else would really give room to buff her in other areas.
