Can we have a 'random' option for choosing skins before a game?

This is a thought that has come to me many times.

When you enter champion select it is possible to choose a random champion (the question mark), yet you cannot do the same for skins.

There are some champions out there that have multiple great skins, yet I shy away from buying more than one because why buy curling Veigar when I own Final Boss Veigar?

If I was able to set skin choice to random (within the skins I own of course), it would encourage me to buy multiple skins for the same champions more often. It would be fun to go into each game not quite sure which skin you are going to get until the load screen.
