Does Urgot's ult execute include shields?

If you're at say, 20% HP, but have a 300 HP shield on, can he still execute you? Does it go by effective health or how much HP you actually have?

No, I played Orianna top last game vs him, barrier + E shield but didn't work. It only looks at health.

Can confirm. I just played Lux. Had a huuuge shield on me and Urgod still ate me up. First time getting ulted by him...it was pretty fucking cool lol.
