Bring back Ranger's Trailblazer

For those that don't remember this is the effects of Ranger's Trailblazer/purple smite back from season 5.

UNIQUE – BLASTING SMITE: Upgrades Smite to Blasting Smite. Blasting Smite deals 50% splash 「 195 - 500 」 true damage to surrounding monsters and enemy minions and Stun icon stuns all units hit for 1.5 seconds. When cast on a monster, it will also restore 15% of your missing health and missing mana.

Right now I feel as if a lot of the champs that were viable in the jungle in the past are no longer relevant and can barely be played in the jungle anymore. The new jungle is harder to clear than the old one. Ranger's Trailblazer was removed because it gave champs an insane clear speed, but now clear speed is still limited by camp timers so power farming is not as much of a problem as it used to be. Ranger's Trailblazer wouldn't be overpowered now because and would still provide more damage and be more useful for champions with already good clears. Bringing back Ranger's Trailblazers would also be great to help low elo/beginner junglers who need a little help clearing.

You know thats exactly what people said when it was first introduced

" Champs with good clears won't bother taking it"

And what actually happened? Champs with good clears still took it lol. The fun times of Shyv clearing her Jungle super fast then coming to kill you and take yours as well.

I bet you riot will make an excuse being like "Rangers would just improve already strong junglers clears and make the slower ones jump up TOO much"

Please riot either nerf the strong junglers to the level of the weak ones (bad Idea)

or buff the weak ones to be as viable as the strong ones(better Idea)

I used to love Trailblazer and jungling with Fizz, it helped the early clears so much!

Trailblazer was removed because it was just used by the jungle champions who already had great jungle clears and it let them clear the jungle faster. It wouldn't solve the problem at all. Graves would still clear more quickly than Sejuani.

Honestly think this is a very bad idea, when I think back to trailblazer days I remember EVERYONE taking it simply because it increased their clear speed so much and having the extra smite bonus from item 3715 .or item 3706 was useless when out levelled.

It's no use increasing so called "slow" junglers if they can just be invaded more often anyways. Though the increased timers may offset some of the speed differential, bring Trailblazer back will only increase the healthiness of already strong junglers.
