Diana Rework
I was wondering what exactly Riot's reasoning's were for reworking Diana so poorly? Instead to making changes to better the champion you significantly nerfed her passive and made her worse than she already is. What was the thought process behind this? Why not just change her ult to have 2 or 3 charges instead of having to land q to refresh it? Also, you could have just made her have a new passive where she gets bonus magic damage after so long or so many abilities used. Then you could have even went into her e or w and replaced one of them with a Moon Beam that blinds all enemies inside of it and silences them. These changes could significantly help the champion overall and yes it may be broken at first but its much better than you guys changing her passive so badly and making her worse than she already is. Looking for a reply from Riot if possible and anyone else with ideas or thoughts. Don't come to hate though.
