FPS DROP from patches 7.7-7.8

Every since patch 7.7 I've been experiencing massive FPS drop along with many other's as I've seen. Riot are you looking into this at all? Cause it is hard to play when going from 180-210 FPS down to 23-56 randomly. I've done your troubleshooting not helping I've lowered all settings to the Minimums still doesn't help at all. Fix your game already.
