Lucian needs a nerf.

ok its been said ... all champs go through phases... lucian is one where he is either trash or king
and they wont touch him til the midseason update with the armor changes, adc items, and armor pen changes
then if he is still strong after that then they would most likely address him directly
idk if he needs buffs or nerfs all i know is that when i had him adc when i picked taric support we had a free bot in 4 minutes ._.
You should never nerf a champion just because of the play rate. The play rate signifies that people enjoy playing the champion and that they like the kit. However, a 53% is a little too much considering Lucian has been well above 50% for awhile. If I could nerf Lucian...it would probably be a full rework to his passive, it's just too strong in the fact that it blows up squishies 5min into the game.
