Champ select trolls

http://imgur.com/a/v6xZM Thanks Riot :) She banned my champ and picked Riven top with Cleanse Smite .. I dodged then you guys put her with me again . Then she picked Soraka top with Cleanse and Smite again and banned my champ once more :^)

Thanks for not adding a way to report champ select trolls and bascially forcing me to dodge twice :)
