Its ridiculous that you don't get BE for winning games anymore. Thankfully I have almost all the champs by now. I just feel bad for the people who are new to the game. Gotta make that money though. Why would riot care about the players.

League is not locking Champions, Items, or Runes behind a Paywall of real cash. There are no special Items that can be bought with cash only that improve your chances of winning.

Just because you have a certain champ doesn't mean you automatically win. Not sure why you think it's pay to win. You aren't paying for a massive advantage, you have the OPTION to jumpstart the amount of champs you have, correct, but it's always been that way.

In fact.. if you think this is pay to win.. 1v1 me.. You pick any 6300 champion you want.. and ill take one of the "starter" champs (ashe garen ryze etc) If you win, i'll admit league is a pay to win game, and the only reason you're hardstuck B4 is because of Riots greed.

New players, OVER 3 years to collect all champs with IP system. ??? who knows with BE system.
yea no kidding and im level 34 (level 30 since patch) and all I've got were bullshit champions that i already own. i got 2 trynds raka warwick master yi xin zhao garen sivir and a bunch of other lame ass 450ip champs fuck this game hit the lowest of the low fuck riot
Took me around 5 years to get all champs and this was only made possible after the rune refunds.
