Ranked 3's Recruitment

Okay guys (or girls). I'm looking for a few players to start a competitive Ranked 3's team, and if I can get enough players maybe a 5's team as well. First things first, I don't care what rank you are- weather or not you make the team is decided on how well you play with other players, how well you fit the style of the team, and how capable you are of playing fairly regularly.
