Aram suggestion

So I'm sure I can't be the only one who is sick of being in champ select lobby in aram for the duration of the minute and a half of trading, rerolling, and complaining about the champions they got only to have someone dodge at the last second to start the process all over again (had this five times today).

I'm sure this is an unpopular opinion, but I'd like to see riot implement something where if you dodge you get stuck as the champ you dodged as to avert people from dodging just to get something potentially more favorable. It would potentially cut down on dodges in aram which would be nice
