Does using Alpha Strike on Master Yi proc "unseen" effect from Duskblade of Drakthar?

you have to be invisible for 1.0 seconds.

I highly doubt yi's invulnerability lasts for that long.

But you are "removed" from the map, so if his alpha strike were long enough, I guess it would proc.
