Lag with no indication?

Anyone else lagging but with no visible indications (Ping/FPS)? For example, I'll start lagging like crazy but my ping will remain at 30-40 while my FPS remains at 80-90. I've never had this problem and I'm simply confused. A solution would really help!

Yeah I've been having it quite a bit with some friends, higher ping and dc out of no where with no packet loss/ ping difference. Seems to happen the first week of every patch at this point. I wish they'd just fix it.
