The Tribunal, good or bad thing?

Hello guys I'm a level 30 and in silver 4 and am moving up in the ranks. Well here is what I want to know, is the Tribunal a good or bad thing? In my opinion I believe the Tribunal isn't the best thing and has a lot of flaws coming with it. For example in the Tribunal you can report anyone at anytime and can easily exaggerate on what someone was doing to you, this can affect the player tremendously or the reporter is just a abuser of the Tribunal and his/her report doesn't really matter. Lets say the person rarely ever reports people and here he is now, deciding to report someone for calling him stupid or just simply saying that he needs to improve. Well based on how the Tribunal was made that player's report can be equal to lets say 7 other player's reports. This caused the person that has been reported to get banned just because of one guy acting sensitive and not facing reality that he or she is bad. Now I'm not saying the Tribunal is terrible, it serves as a really good way to discourage bad attitude, however with every game that can last 45 minutes you don't really want someone that is bad and doesn't want to accept it. Another thing I have noticed is a lot of people like to "gang" up on the status quo of the game, here is what I mean... Lets say there is a pantheon who is doing amazing and just absolutely crushing his opponent. On his team their mid laner, a nidalee is just doing terrible and feeding the Yasuo, like 0/8 feed. Nidalee doesn't call MIA and Yasuo heads top and crushes pantheon. Well we can see why Pantheon would be a little mad, sure he has to have map awareness and yes he does have to ward but at the same time the MIA signal is just to give your team a heads up because no one, except the jungler should have to look out for your laner. Pantheon, tells Nidalee in a good way "Can you please call MIA," Nidalee sees this as an insult and begins to cuss at the Pantheon just for telling her to call MIA, well here is what I mean. Now that all this has happened, Nidalee's friend steps in and says Pantheon is raging! Pantheon is outnumbered and now everyone on the team turns on him, simply because everyone is against him and it seems that no one like to speak against the status quo of the game. Now many of you might be thinking well why would someone get mad over that? Some of you might even be thinking this guy is stupid and it never happens. Well it does. Over the course of the 2 years i've been playing i have seen this happen so many times and I have been a victim of this. So to conclude many League of Legends players like to remain with the status quo and in some cases this can be a good or bad thing resulting in a ban that is supposed to happen or one that is supposed to be the other way around. Thank you for reading and hope you have a nice day!
