Ignore my elo, this is simply a smurf where i devoted a lot of time on
1-It completely depends on the champion you are playing and where on the map you are playing.
For example a champion with long range skill shots, with lots of mobility such as
will depend on free cam way more than a simple adc such as
where your primary job is to focus on yourself and keeping yourself alive. Free cam serves the purpose to allow you to see more to keep yourself safe and be more map aware.
2-Honestly Climbing is mostly about mentality and self awareness. A lot of people are aware they are making mistakes but the moment they enter the game they enter the "auto pilot zone".
What is the auto pilot zone? The auto pilot is where you subconsciously play at your current limits and only at your current limits. You rely on your muscle memory to play for you. Because of this you aren't thinking about what you are doing wrong, nor are you thinking about the game itself, you are simply in this self trance like state where you are playing, and not playing at the same time. Many high elo players will talk about this in their videos.
So how does one break auto pilot? My biggest suggestion is to turn off all forms of music while you play, but keep on the sound effects, music is distracting, and while it is a good tool to keep you calm it is also a self destructive tool that "over calms" you. We must remember fear and panicking is not a good thing, those are natural body behavior reactions that tells us "something is wrong, fix it now". Try playing a few games with no forms of music, and focus souly on your game, you will notice so much more.
3-Good luck finding a diamond if you aren't a hot looking girl. And even if you did find one, I can tell you right now, they are just human like you and I. Also playing with a player does nothing to improve yourself. If you want to improve while receiving advice from someone your best option is to find what I call a "spotter".
Someone who is knowledgeable, good at finding mistakes , and is willing to watch your recorded games to make full actual notes on what you are doing wrong and is capable of giving you corrections with constructive criticism. Also you don't need to be high elo to be a coach. Some of the best LOL coaches in the world barely even hit plat.
Example Deilor from Fnatic.
