Stormrazor on Kai'sa

So I'm just starting to get into this champion, but I'm quite confused as to what to build on her. On probuilds and all, I see that Stormrazor is a really common (early) item on her, but as I understood it, the typical first 3 ones are IE, Hurricane and Rageblade. So is this just because everyone is trying out the new Stormrazor on Kai'sa? Does it look promising? Also, any advice on what to build after the first 3 items? Is there any standard build path or are the following choices fully situational?

it is mostly because old stormrazer was good as a first item on her. Right now you probably wanna try to find your builds on here: https://www.probuilds.net/champions/details/Kaisa as this is what the pro players are playing atm. :)
