I really can't see what's wrong, ahri's charm is working as intended. It's a feature that separates the GOOD ahri players from the GREAT ahri players.

Yeah the same thing happened to me as in the first one. I got charmed yet kept on walking where I was headed, which was the opposite direction as the enemy Ahri was, so that basically looked like a fear.
