Ahri Charm Bug

Charm was overdue for more bugs anyway, at least it worked for more than two weeks this time. And doing nothing is still better than when it healed enemies to full.

at this point ahri's E really wants to compete with ,no joke try to make a list of every bugfix made on this ability....

btw it's a really old bug that still didn't get fixed for some reasons,sometimes her charm doesn't hit your target

anyway it took more than 1 year for fixing her charm healing jungle camps,i don't think they will fix her soon...
