DISABLE the new champs in ranked please

people either cannot play but want to have fun ( which I approve but 0 exp played in ranked.. )

AND THEN the people who go to practice tool and then ranked with the new champs know how OP they're,,, cause riot always has to sit back and have a good laugh watching new champs destroy the season 1 through 5 champs because they are always inferior to new champs lol ( at least in lower elo brackets )
