IDEA FOR NEW POACHER'S KNIVE

My Idea for the Jungle Item that is Least used AKA is to make it so When you put an enchant on it, Take 35 Enemy Jungle Monster's, then the Item Gain's an Active-Blessing of the Slayer, Grants 12% Movement Speed, +12% Size, 12% Lifesteal, 12% Spellvamp, And 12% Armor and Magic Resist For 5 Seconds. This is on a 240 Cooldown and Is not affected by CDR but every Enemy Jungle Monster (Only Big Monsters), reduces the cooldown of this ability by 5 Seconds. Also, When ever you Smite a monster with this Item, you gain 95 Range and a Shield that is 8% of Your Total Health for 10 Seconds. This only activates after you take 20 Enemy Jungle Monsters (The Smite Part is 25 the Active is 35 Monsters)
