Something really needs to change for the better in league. Trolls should never be in this game so strong with the amount of power they have right now. I had a teemo player in my games that instantly picked teemo, called Top or Jungle no matter if top or jungle was already called and he/she would just start feeding. This player would say things such as "Oh, Ima make the God plays" and just die to the enemy. This person immediately starts calling me a "A Lame fucking excuse of human life, motherfucker just go kill your self" and then I say to report him to the enemy team for calling my team such rude things, this teemo starts saying, "Oh i never said that, hes lying." No one should have to deal with these kind of people. Riot, you NEED to stop these people, please, no one should have to interact with these people to just play a game

If it helps, your report alone has similar weight to if everyone in the game had reported the Teemo player since the systems are based on % of games reported, not pure reports. Individual players have a lot more agency than a lot of people think, so there's no need to ask other people to report someone you feel should be punished.

Overall, I agree that it sucks, but realistically speaking it's impossible for Riot to completely prevent toxicity from the outset. It's very possible that this Teemo was either just getting started or was about to get banned, but unfortunately it's not really possible for players to see others' behavioral history.

what daen said, but also just so you know, asking other people to report someone is a punishable thing. no idea why but it is. just mute, report, move on. 1 report counts as much as 9.

Asking for reports or announcing that you are planning to do so is considered Verbal Abuse: Harrassment, because you are threatening that players account. And, as Daen said, it's unnecessary because the system only needs 1 report to flag the game for review. That system is to both protect solo players from mob reports and give them an equal voice if faced with multiple sources of harrassment.
