Legacy Gameplay?

I wasn't quite sure how to word the title, but allow me to explain here. I'd like to see something similar to what Minecraft has where you can go back and play on older versions of the game. I'd love to play what the game was like when some champs were first released, what OLD OLD Soraka was like, etc. This would allow for content creators on YouTube to compare how champions have evolved as seasons have passed and what Riot could do to keep the identity of some champions in-tact when looking to rework and overhaul certain champions.
