The reason why crit adcs suck is because games aren't long enough for them.

On the PBE thy are decreasing a lot of the costs for crit items, and in my opinion that is a really bad idea. I think that since the games are so short they cant get their items to deal dmg, which most of them need. Increase game time and we wont have a problem.
