As a level 7 ; it is sad to see that he is pretty much an auto-loss at this point. He deals no damage, provides no tankiness, unreliable CC, easily kiteable, and is very mechanically intensive and has a high skill ceiling.

Buffs:

W: Bellows Breath

Damage increased from 12/13/14/15/16% to 16/17/18/19/20% of the target's maximum health in magic damage

Shield strength increased from 12% all ranks to 12/14/16/18/20% of 's maximum health

Brittle duration increased from 3 seconds to 6 seconds all ranks

New 70% AP scaling to Bellows Breath damage
