Wtf is with silver elo

I get that im a silver player and got silver 2 last season, i was 7/3 and got silver 5 which is alright. i won 4 games in a row and that 1 lost somewhat changed everything. I kept getting people who cant even play or even more tilt or doesnt even know what objectives are. No one listens in silver even when i say dont chase, play safe, stay in base because inihb is down, even more that never to push alone without wards in jg. im on a 4 game streak and dont even know whats going on. i went mid and was super fed and tried to carry but no objectives was made. i went support and my adc was horrible which we also lost. even playing riven mid and tried to carry didnt do nothing. i killed so much but my teammates just kept going for kills or getting caught. Anyone anytips on what sshould i do????
