What champs should be nerfed

I know, i might be salty about these champs but seriously one champ that i hate the most is Mordakaiser. Why you may ask, he has some unique bs skills i ever saw in my life and in game. He has a shield(which can stack and stop turrents), healing, and can slow you. I know i'm a riven main and that she does have a shield also, but mord can stack it and keep it while riven has a cooldown for that shield which resets. Mostly when u try to fight mord, he will slow u and there is no way to excape when he 3 stikes ur out skills kills you. He can also tower dive you, stacks on shield and healing is already no fair. I mean it would be cool if yasuo's shield can also block turrents but can't. Mostly i want people's opinion to reach Rito to nerf these dumb champs that are not fair what so ever.
