Nunu's winrate has soared the last 4 patches with no direct buffs. Anyone know why?

Because people stopped doing dumb shit like "Full AP Predator".
Theoretically, it could be that people are learning how to play Nunu more efficiently since his rework is somewhat sort of new...? Only out a few months. It also could be due to a possible meta-shift that makes his type of kit more effective. I'm not actually sure.
He is essentially a new champion after the rework and came pretty close to preseason when people weren't really trying to learn him. I wouldn't call it his winrate soaring as much as players learning how to play him.
BECAUSE HE HAS EVERYTHING IN HIS KIT.
THE WEAKNESSES HE HAD WITH HIS REWORK HAVE NOW BEEN CONCEALED CAUSE INSTEAD OF RIOT CHANGING THE FACT THAT EVERY OTHER TANK HAS CC AND GOOD ENGAGE THEY DECIDED TO GIVE HIM THOSE QUALITIES ASWELL. THEY ARE CLUELESS. STOP SUPPORTING THEM.
He’s not though. 2% is not soaring and is an insignificant achievement. You can make any value look big if the Y axes is small enough. Change the Y values on the graph to have the max and min of 100 and 0 and the “soaring” win rate disappears. You wouldn’t even see the change. Next.
