At the time of this post, he's got a 50.06% winrate and a 5.43% pickrate. That sounds exceedingly fair.

notoriously bad champions tend to get overbuffed. first nunu gets a free deathcap to share, then voli becomes a malphite ult that takes a bit to get there

He's fine now. The buff patch he was a bit much, but now he is fine.
