Kai Guy1 votesShes got a high skill cap, 67.93% of the playerbase using her is under 50 games played, pretty shure that's where the drop in win rates coming from.
Personally i consider her a upper tier support. Has some bad matchups, also functions better mid game then early as her W does have a high mp cost till items are snagged so you cant undo all the damage a derpy adc will take with out going oom.
