PSA Stop permabanning the new champs for 2-3 weeks

Im just gonna make this real simple. Youve got two kinds of people, people that ban her because they dont know how to play against her/what her kit is, and people that ban her because they dont want her teamates to play her because they dont want them to feed.

In both cases your literally just putting off the inevitable, both kinds of people are going to suffer the same consequences 2-3 weeks down the line when you decide to stop banning her. Just stop doing it in the first place and let people play her so they can practice with her and you can practice against her.

That's not necessarily true though. When new champs come out, I use blind pick to learn them, as do many other people. That way, in the coming weeks if they aren't banned and I want to play them, I hopefully won't ruin the game for my team.

Ranked is competitive. I don't want games ruined because team mates don't know how to play as or against a champ, and we don't know if theu over tuned or under tuned. That feels a lot more like luck winning or losing rather than skill.

Yeah go practice her in bots or blind pick, where there are no bans. Your post is kinda fail bruh, flawed logic and all. Ranked is not a practice grounds. I've never played Fizz before, but I'm not about to first time play him in ranked because I heard he was OP, or there's a cool new build, that's dumb.

BECAUSE of math. assuming you dont want to play the new champ, odds are 4/9 they end up on your team. 5/9 on the enemy team, better chance for you to ram an inexperienced new player into the ground with a direct counterbuild/matchup and get an easy win. (also consider which team has first pick, more likely to be on that side as well)

BUT its ranked, why are you trying a new champion? that belongs in bots first -> mechanics learned now 20/0 all the time -> normals for matchups who are you strong against? -> ranked
