ult is useless on anyone else has 's E on her ult. Except the AOE part, and that AOE is too small ult is just a bit stronger version of Q, but without the onhit and cd refund ult is probably the #1 spell to kill your whole team ult usually does less damage than his AA, and is too slow to be used to KS from afar

. Already an extremely tanky champion, can opt into tenacity. And what does it give? More durability and a cleanse.

His ult would be OP on any non-tank, but on Alistar it feels like the most underwhelming thing to exist.

Corki's ult exists only to proc Triforce. Its damage it pathetic, albeit consistent, and the skillshot is extremely narrow and easy to miss even on empowered hits. At least Kog's ult, which serves a similar purpose, is AOE and gives vision on top of having a huge range.

Shaco's ult is potentially strong, but all of the bugs nullify any advantages it might give. The only thing people use it for is procing Duskblade a second time, after that it's basically useless. You can't even dodge stuff properly with the invuln time because of how bugged it is, and the clone AI is godawful.

Other good contenders are (barely noticeable; pathetic damage, crappy slow, small AOE), (which is literally a worse version of Camile's ult), and (simply because of the high chance for player usage error).
