I just played my first game of patch 9.14 and my electrocute didn't go off on lee sin when I Q-Q-A-E with no delay

It was broken for a bit but they patched it and fixed it, could you show the recording?

They released some hotfixes for it but I think some still are lingering. I know Wukong's standard quick E>AA>Q combo wasn't procing it until it was hotfixed

If its not TFT its bugged, pretty much sums up patch 9.14
