New HUD Graphics

I think that the devs should change the current scoreboard to make it much less "in the way" while doing other things in game.

My proposition is this:

move the scoreboard out and away from the center of the screen(imagine splitting in half with a knife)-- move both teams info to the sides of the screen (near where friendly portraits are). I feel this would both be simple and eloquent and would fit well with the new rift and "streamline" it to be more friendly towards the player.

I personally find it very annoying that a big fat box pops up right in the middle of what I'm doing when I want to check the oponents cs or items.
