Tell me what I'm doing wrong.

I was silver 1 about a week ago, holding steady around 20-60 lp. Then, after losing a few in a row, I decided to change my perspective. I took responsibility for everything in a game and told myself I really needed to improve. Now, about a week later, I'm silver 4. So, what am I doing wrong then? Every single game is now impossible to win and my win rate went from about 51 percent to 47 percent. I don't get what I did/am doing wrong. I thought I was finally getting decent at this game after 4 years of playing, but now, after making that change, I'm worse.

You have a couple options: Watch replays of when you die and see if you could have done something better, watch higher elo players for the roles you play/copy builds, play a champion you have a high winrate with or that you just really enjoy, and lastly practice a lot. Everyone goes on losing streaks, its normal. I'm not very good at all, but I used to be really hardstuck bronze in season 6 and then I ended gold 5. I'm sure you can climb.

I don't watch replays because I don't know what to look for. When I die, I know why I did, trust me.

I watch not only high elo streamers, I watch challenger guides. Guess they don't work for me.

I don't have a high winrate with any champion anymore. Like I said, I've gotten worse.

I only play champions I want to, but why does that matter?

Going from gold 5 series (when they still had gold 5) to silver 4 is a "loss streak" to you? That sounds more severe than a simple loss streak.

I practice for hours every day. You know what I get out of it if I play, say, 12 games? No gained knowledge, loss of ability and 11 losses. I now average winning 1 game a day now.

I ended gold 5

Then you're not getting my problem. You don't understand. Doing these things like watching replays won't help because I don't know what I'm doing wrong in the first place.

I'm sure you can climb.

Then you haven't seen me play. It's impossible.

Sometimes what you need is just a solid duo to play with! Send me a friend request. :3

Also, you aren't taking enough breaks. How often do you get up and do something else when you lose a game? You just try to muscle through and go onto the next game, right? Taking a break helps you clear your head and your spirit.

Also don't be afraid to support! I see like 1 in 50 games supporting, and that's being generous. Give yourself a break from being the "play maker," its very stressful!
