Galio as described by LCS casters

...Tanks need built-in Waveclear to function.

All tanks have a defensive steroid of some form.

All tanks (that are relevant) have AOE CC.

Excluding the most extreme of Vanguards, Wardens have amazing utility for defending teammates.

I see nothing wrong with Galio if this is all they will say about him.
