Riot does not listen to players

The reason Riot will fail is because they do not listen to the players. Instead they have a Automated banning system that has been failing for years banning players for toxic players. I have had players say they were throwing and literally played a non adc as adc and went to every lane to feed. They received zero consequences. You go to their profile and they last 5 games are of them clearly feeding on purpose. Riot does nothing. They are literally catering to the trolls, toxic behavior players, racists, and those who speak hate speech. Meanwhile they rate the game 15+. I wonder how long it will be before a parent gets upset enough and sues Riot for the negligence and for allowing their teen to be subjected to this behavior? I mean honestly all they have to do is record their next 10 games and 7 of the next 10 will most likely have a piece of all the above involved in every game. That is what happens when you have a FREE system issuing bans. These people ruining the game learn how to avoid it and do so. Meanwhile you'r actually clients who play for the game get screwed and wish the game was back to the days of tribunal because at least people received consequences. Yeah it was flawed, but not near as much as it is today.
