Alright, so apparently Evelynn's E says that it scales with attack damage (50% normal, 100% empowered) in-game when you're about to rank it up, but attack damage does nothing for it. Is this intended?

they changed to do this, i think it comes out next patch but they wierdly put the ability info the patch before. so next patch will have that in i think.

Wait, wait guys what are you talking about? Am I playing Evelyn wrong? I build Runic Echoes, Lich Bane, Liandrys or Protobelt and than situational and i still delete any squishy without even procing my W. What AD are you talking about? My AP Evelyn just goes Skraaaaa papakakaka!
