Can Aatrox receive some number buffs (so that he is atleast in a decent spot until his rework)

Saying he needs a rework to be good doesnt help him the next 1 or 2 years until he finally gets reworked. Buffing some things like Base HP or E Base Damage a bit or an onhit steal effect which scales with his bonus health(something like 2-3%) when he is in his ultimate doesnt create "balance problems" and makes him much better."A mediocre buffed Aatrox is a more balanced one.(Maybe not fixing his problems but so he is atleast not super bad for the next years)

"Fight or be forgotten" fits so well ....Tear fully stacked
