Can Aatrox receive some number buffs (so that he is atleast in a decent spot until his rework)

Saying he needs a rework to be good doesnt help him the next 1 or 2 years until he finally gets reworked. Buffing some things like Base HP or E Base Damage a bit or an onhit steal effect which scales with his bonus health(something like 2-3%) when he is in his ultimate doesnt create "balance problems" and makes him much better."A mediocre buffed Aatrox is a more balanced one.(Maybe not fixing his problems but so he is atleast not super bad for the next years)

They can't do that for this reason:

They want to keep him in a lower state so they don't have to balence him WHILE making the rework.

Oh yea and a champion who is atleast playable and not even near to a contested pick is a balancing problem...

No, it's not like that. if he was at a playable state, and lets say they add a new item that increases your gain from lifesteal by 30% (Probs wont happeN) they will need to think about Aatrox WHILE they make it, and balance him because of it. This takes resources out of "Aatrox's" Team that is reworking him, therefore delaying his rework.
