I got S- with my own champion twice victory and still dont got a damm keyfragment

your grade has nothing to do with getting key fragments. all that matters is if you win. Every time you get a key fragment, the chance to get another goes down until it resets after 30 days.
The chance also goes down to 0% after 12th fragment until it resets after a month..
