Riven is the most nooby champ in the game dont need combos, skills just hitting the keyboard, every single button she hat is a dash with cc, riot think i cant play what i want like jhin cuz the champions like riven ruin my entire game.

Well guess what you're going to get equally wrecked by irelia, fiora and actually most fighter type champions with decent mobility.
As for how to deal with her as Jhin I'd suggest:
-Improving your positioning, if she can't get to you, she won't deal any damage, her mobility is very linear and it doubles as her defence mechanism and damage, the more she uses to gapclose, the less damage she'll deal. That said, be carefull of a flash+engage.
-Ask and pray for better peel from your teammates, again, if she can't get to you, she can't damage you.
-in the midgame if you overextend while farming and botside is badly warded, she'll probably look for a pick on you. So, 1. don't overextend 2. Ward 3. Don't even try to 1v1 her. Also a nice tip for you: If you're blue side, ward so that you have vision on the wall next to gromp, I tend to get more picks on farming ADCs then I should by wallhopping over that wall.
-Stack MS, Late game, if you don't get flanked or flashed upon, there might be instances where you can actually kite her, assuming she burns half of her mobility on trying to get to you. Crit her once for the MS boost, grab Ghostblade AND Swifties. Other good items on Jhin that give MS are for example Duskblade, RFC and PD. In such a situation that she comes running up to you and you have little to no peel, she's probably going to flash onto you with her 3rd Q, so anticipate that, flash her 3rd Q and outplay her.

She is actually pretty tough to play well without experience. But played right she is an absolute nightmare due to the lack of resources and fairly short CD on dashes at max ranks.
NOOB Champion???????????????????? Do you know how long ive tried to get good at riven??????????? Its impossible unless you are in urf. I have a lvl 5 mastery with her now and i still suck with her.
