About rush saying that lee sin is under powered

Hey everyone i am a lee sin main who capped at platinum 3. I have over 200 games played in ranked as lee sin and i fell exactly the same way rush does but do not have an answer for him. I dont think Lee sin isnt completely under powered but i definitely think he is on the weaker side currently 2nd lowest winrate in ranked with 45%. I dont think buffing his number would change anything tho unless making him overpowered again, I feel that lee sin needs some more utility back into his kit, the previous buffs he had giving him a new mechanic on his ult was great and i think he needs something like that. I feel that maybe bringing back his attack speed debuff on his e wouldn't be bad but make it a little worse ( he lowered the attack speed of enemies by 25% before and maybe make it 15% now) anyways if anyone has any suggestions to buff lee sin so riot can maybe take note and listen please comment below. ( try to keep it reasonable)

TL;DR i feel lee sin is a little under whelming and needs a utility buff, his 45% win rate in ranked shows that he might be a little underwhelming and i think rush was spot on in saying that lee sin is picked a lot because he is very versatile, and buffing his e so it gives attack speed reduction again would be a good buff but lower the numbers on what it previously was.

He doesn't feel underwhelming when you play against someone who actually knows what they're doing on him. This is how it should be with Lee, people who suck at him will make him seem like shite, and people who are pros at Lee will make him look like gold

His winrate is low because he has the highest play rate out of any champion in the jungle.

23% of his playerbase has 15 games or less played as him, that's going to massively drop his winrate.

As someone who played a lot of lee sin last season, he does feel underwhelming when i play him this season though i have to agree with you. I think it's because a lot of champions are stronger in the early game now and the new meta revolves heavily around early game champions. He's not as dominate in the part of the game where he is supposed to shine. Even in pro games he seems lackluster in the first 15 minutes because he doesn't get a chance to shine. The top/bot lanes are 3v0 lane swaps and the mid laners are champions that aren't even worth trying to gank like Leblanc Corki.

Well, a lot of this has to do with his win % with skill taken into account. That's something that's not really easy for us to see, I think, but I imagine Lee looks pretty decent on frequent Lee players.

imo, good buffs for him would be ridding the ap scaling on in w and replacing it with a small ad scaling, give him his as slow like he had before but not to the degree that it was, and maybe have his e scale off of total ad.

not saying he needs all 3 but i think those are good ideas. his bonus ad scales are essentially useless considering his kit doesn't allow it viably

He is Strong.

But not all can use him properly.

I know i would drag his winrate down. XD

He has an overloaded ult, so if he gets buffs, something on ult might need to go. Nothing too big, but slight change (one less root? Basically has 2 roots on top of everything else).

Just b/c a pro says X doesn't mean X is always true...but what do I know?
