Nami bug/Leveling bug/Bard bug?
Hello, lovely summoners!
Wondering about a few things:

Whenever my midlaners hit Level 2 (only and always Level 2), my game momentarily freezes, and my FPS goes completely down to 0 for about a second. Is this just an issue with a "low-end" laptop? It's the only situation where I have an FPS issue.

On all graphic settings, Nami's head lantern for her Deep Sea skin is seemingly invisible until she dances. (I've tried everything a couple of times, thinking that it was the "hide eye-candy" setting I had recently disabled but upon enabling again, it didn't the issue, and I hadn't noticed anything difference BEFORE I changed it)

In an ARAM playing as Bard, after Q'ing a Zac, an enemy Bard's ult landed and didn't exactly work:** it immediately reduced the cooldown of my Q without "freezing" me**, but froze my teammates.
If anyone has had similar issues, please share.
