Luden's Echo thoughts
So, after playing a lot of games building this item on all of my favorite (ap) champs... I have some thoughts on the current state of it.
First of all I'd like to say that this item sort of feels abusive as is in a lot of "troll" ap champ builds such as ap shaco, ap chogath and ap ezreal (though the last isn't quite as bad.), along with a few ap assassins such as leblanc, katarina and fizz. It feels like it adds a sizable chunk of burst to an already bursty kit and makes it nigh impossible to deal with if someone gets ahead.
However some champions do play nice with this item. Lux, karma, ziggs, ahri... none of them seem to feel quite as overpowering when they build it. It's a significant power spike, but not really overkill.
Overall, I like the concept of the item, but as it is right now, luden's echo feels a bit overloaded. I'd like to see it retuned into an even better iteration without the snowball aspect and major burst implications.
Just thought I'd post this on here to see if I could get any clarification from Riot on what direction they're thinking of taking luden's echo and exactly where they think it fits in with the current state of league.
(And yes, I know I'm silver this season and I was gold the last, but if anyone else wants to add their own experiences, feel free. I'd love to hear feedback from others about this.)
