Right clicks not working correctly [gameplay]

In game I'm consistently having an issue where I'll right click to attack or move and it simply won't register at all. My champion will continue to move on the inputted actions that DID go through, but it will not allow anything for a second or two at a time. I'm not lagging, I checked my ping and the game itself said that I'm not. It's not an fps issue because I'm at 60 fps consistently. Not certain what is causing this issue but it's only been happening since the latest patch and it's happening every single game. It's impossible to play. Please help!
