Kalista Useless in this Meta ?

So , as you saw in the title , im going to talk about kalista , and why the champs is so weak at the moment So let's get back to 03/23/16 when kalista was killed by riot , so lets start with the W , when kalista is near Oathsworn , she gain AS , but in high elo or with smart player , the supper never stay 24/7 with his adc whatever happends , he needs to ward , roam and things like that , and kalista strenght is really reducse because of that , and her basic attack are reduce by 10% every time , so what could be cool would be to have 100% damage when she is near Oathsworn . Second point , when kalista jump , it is just too slow , i recognize that before , it was too fast and hard to use a skill shot on her , but now the jumps are really slow. The w passive is useless . Base AS is too low , and attack speed growth too , the only thing u shoulded nerf was the jumps( but not that much ) , the ult range , an other point , ATM the kalista build need Huricane what ever happens, why not let us chose 2 different Huricanes ? one with the actual stats and one like the older one (70%) wich was so cool . i think thats all , i really enjoy playing this champ , and its been a lot of time that im disapointed that she is just unplayable from plat to chall , sorry for my bad english , and thanks for reading , if u have ideas , please leave them in the comments sections to make kalista great again
