1 premade of 2 in soloQ only ? like the old times

Hey guys , lets not talk about the meta and the fact that it is impossible to have an impact as an adc in early mid game in soloQ , but lets talk about the Duo/SoloQ system , in s5 ( where the game was not that bad ) we only could have 1 premade per team , and now we can have 2 premade in each team , why ? no idea , but this is bad , because of this ( and not only ) the ranked games became coinflips, and as a low dia s6 adc i feel really bad that it is impossible to carry in low elo on smurfs :D , sorry for my bad english. waiting for answers
