Relic Shield ON ADC
Im an ADC main, I use relic shield a lot if i have a carry/dmg sup or a sup that probably needs to rush items as well. 
etc. After the 8.2 patch where 
got a nerf as far as 50% less healing if ranged. Do you think its still a good first item?
-Personally, i think its a great item, I get 3 health pots or refillable. my sup gets a little gold, and i get more health for sustain. but idk people think its BAD now. Whats your take on it?
