Jungle camps take too long to re spawn, resulting in junglers camping top lane non-stop.

I'm dead ass serious, junglers just run around with nothing to do for a good 30 seconds so they just insist on sitting top lane, resulting in me not being able to do a god damn thing the entire laning phase.

This rift scuttler horizontal ganking bullshit also needs to get removed. Ever since Scuttle was introduced to the game, it's been nothing but a shit fest.

This is why people are getting autofilled to top more than they are support right now, because it's genuinely unfun to play since it's a 2v1 the entire game. People path upwards through the jungle more often than not because 9/10 times the top laner is some non-mobility bruiser/tank that can't possibly escape any ganks if they have any CC on the opposing team.

Please fix this.

As someone who jungles a lot, I definitely agree that camps take too long to respawn. WAY too often I look at my map for something to grab and it simply doesnt exist.

That said, if your jungler (or the enemy) is only camping top as a result, hes doing a piss poor job, since mid and bot camping can secure way more objectives for the game.

it's not mid lane and riven can just 2v1 anyways so riot won't care, all the champs they care about are unharmed

This is why I stopped playing top lane. It's the most unfun lane in the game unless your'e playing a champ that can 2v1, or a champ that can escape easily. If not then you'll just get camped the whole fucking laning phase. Top lane is a shit show.

I think there needs to be a radical change like a jungle rework. Change the pathing maybe add a couple camps but reduce the added camps XP. They need to do something for junglers arent just ganking, needing lane XP to catch up if behind and nerfing the jungle every year.
