why do I have to decide whether or not to sit out 15 mins because I don't like the people I'm teamed up with in champ select? or if someone is trying to troll pick something, sure I may not like the pick but to HAVE to play a 30 min game of Yasuo adc with no tanks no ranged yi afk farming because he doesn't understand he can generate stacks off of kills and assists....... and still only has 15 sacks at 20 mins. i mean hey you will lose about the same amount of LP even if you play it out and lose, either way is a waste of time. why must we be punished so hard just because we are forced to play with these people we cannot control and or Work with????[slayer-jinx-unamused]

There's 10 people per match, not just you.

If you dodge 1/10 games, it's entirely possible 10/10 games you queue up for get dodged.

More realistically with a random chance to dodge each game, if 10 people each have a 1/10 chance to dodge a game: the chance a game will survive past the queue is ~35%.

Also worth considering dodging a queue after 5 minutes in picks/bans wastes considerably more than 5 minutes of everyone's time collectively, as that adds up to 45 minutes of everyone else's time.

And forcing 9 other people to not play a game with no input is just undemocratic.
